Pup also arrived sick. These people were all talk and no attempt to help solve the problems. Stay away from this outfit. If they were in state I would have sued them and the so called breeder.

I would not recommend anyone do business with this company or anyone associated with them. Take the time to do your research on your breeder and do not deal with puppy brokers.Learn from my mistake and deal with your breeder directly.I had every intention to return the puppy at the time but I did not want to put him back in the situation he came from.

I have been breeding champion line dogs for almost 20 years. I decided against my better judgement to try out purebred breeders. They talk better BS then anyone I have ever dealt with in my life. They told me about how well they screened their customers. They said they made sure the pupies were going to good homes and that they were very selective on who they sell to. I was very concerned about the need to be anonymous because I am very involved with my puppy famililies. They told me that alot of their customers were high profile people and that is why they needed both parties to remain anonymous. I now know it is because of all the lies that they tell on both sides. They tell their customers that they screen all their breeders which is a lie just like they tell the breeders they screen the customers which is a lie. The only thing they care about is money. I had one bad experience after another. The entire experience has been so upsetting that I think everyone needs to know the truth. So this is how it works. They find breeders who are willing to let them advertise their puppies and serve as a middle man. The breeders are required to provide pictures for the website that are not advertised in any other place. This is because if I sell my puppy for $1000 then they sell it for $2100. Yes thats right, they make more off of my puppies then I do. They do not want you knowing that if you look you can find the same puppies (all of them)for sale directly through the breeders for less than half price.

I had several problems with them but I am going to just touch on the most disturbing incidents.

They informed me that they had sold on of my puppies , it was about 3 weeks old at the time. About 3 weeks later they informed me that the customer had decided not to take the puppy. I wanted to know why and wanted to speak to the customer. They said the customer just changed their mind and refused to let me speak to them. I was very upset because the puppy had been marked as sold for many weeks and had not been being advertised. I told them that I thought it was a little strange that they canceled after this much time had passed. I had a suspicion that it was something PBB had done. I specifically asked them if they had any type of non refundable deposit. They said they would find out and let me know. The next day I called back and was told I would be given a $250 cancelation fee. I was able to track down the customer and come to find out they charged her a $600 cancelation fee. Now I would like to know why they would be entitled to any part of that let alone more of it than me. They are out nothing. I realized right then that they were not the kind of people I wanted to do business with.

When someone buys a puppy from them they receive the money immedietely. Their money, the breeders money, the shipping money, all the money. While us breeders the ones actually doing the work are not given our money until 24-48 hours prior to the puppy leaving. On not one or two but four occassions I had not received my money when it was time for my puppy to be shipped out. They had the nerve to ask me to ship out the puppy without being paid for the puppy or the shipping. which means I had to pay out of pocket for, vet visit, vaccines, airfare, crate, everything. I refused to do this because I had read complaints from breeders about them never receiving their money. Now since I refused to ship the puppy and was not allowed to speak with the customer PBB took it upon themselves to call the customer and blame it on me. one time in particular I was having troubole booking a flight to a particular area. I had to make arrangements to drive 3 hours to a different airport. I spent the whole day trying to make arrangements. I got the puppy into the vet, got the flight scheduled, found someone to babysit my dogs for the day, and someone to go with me on this 6 hour trip. All they had to do was push a button and pay me. they failed to do so. When I called they blamed it on the customer said they did not confirm the flight in time. Now I know this was a lie because I was on the phone when they had confirmed the flight almost 5 hours prior. They did not understand why I could not just reschedule the flight. I tried to explain all the trouble I had to go through but they were not listening. Finally I told them to cancel the sale, and added that they might want to tell the customer the truth why they were not getting the puppy. After stewing for a while I realized that they had messed up and sent me the customers information. I decided to reach out to the customer. Come to find out it was a veteran who was getting the puppy as a therapy dog. she was devastated when PBB called her and told her that the breeder (me) decided at the last minute that I did not want to sell the puppy to a family with no children. Thank goodness I was able to make arrangement to get the customer their puppy. Unlike them I care deeply about my customers.

The next time (less than a week later) came when they once again did not pay me. The vet noted that the puppy I was sending out had a small red spot on her stomache. This time they also blamed it on the customer not responding in time to the health issue. Little did they know that I was already in touch with the customer who said he had taken care of that over an hour ago. This was more than I could take. I spoke with one of their supervisors and explained that I did not think I could continue to do business with such dishonest unethical people. I told her I had to do some thinking and that I would call her back. Before I had the chance I received an email from them saying they thought it best if we did not do business together anymore. They claimed that I was rude to their employees and my puppies had health issues. Of course I was rude to their employees that were trying to lie to my face and my puppies NEVER had any health issues. I sold almost 30 puppies through them and one time a boy puppy had an undesceded testicle and one time a puppy had a red spot on her stomache. I cannot tell you how angry it made me for them to suggest I had unhealthy puppies. All my dogs live in the house 100% of the time. My parents are all health tested and I have never in almost 20 years had a sick puppy. My puppies receive the best care possible. They went on to imply that doing business with me would give them a bad reputation. This company that has THOUSANDS of bad reviews online and have been sued numerous times trying to tell me that I was bad for their business. Me on the other hand who has been selling puppies for almost two decades and have never encountered a problem with a customer that I could not fix. What a joke!

I am also familiar enough with other breeders that I know their puppies and I can tell you without a doubt that that they absolutely have puppies on their site that come from unethical breeders and puppy mills. They do not want to do business with reputable breeders because no reputable breeders would tolerate the way they do business. So I am telling you from an insider perspective that you can believe everything you read. I have no idea how they are still selling puppies. Please do your homework and find out who you are doing business with. I know the reason a lot of people buy from them and pay their outrageous prices is because they offer a payment plan. I am here to tell you that most good breeders will work with you. You also need to know that this company goes by many names to try to escape their bad reputation. Pure bred breders, buy puppies direct, also the name of the breed and state. For example cocker spaniels of california. You need to deal directly with the breeders so you know where your puppy is coming from.

I am a breeder who fell for their trap. I received a phone call from purebred breeders after they saw my puppies advertised on puppyfind.

They were telling me how gorgeous my dogs were and how they could help me sell them and that they screened their buyers. I put one of my puppies up there experimentally. Pretty soon they were calling and asking me to put more puppies up there and telling me I needed to get more female dogs to breed and list the puppies with them. I thought this was strange.

The puppy I had listed on purebred breeders, I sold on my own. Apparently they had sold the dog to someone the day before but failed to notify me. So they were going to have to give the buyer their deposit back. The buyer ended up figuring out my number and calling me somehow.

Puppyfind told them that I had been in a car accident and the puppy was no longer available but www trying to push some other puppies of the same breed, claiming they were from the same litter. They weren't even my dogs! To add fuel to the fire, they were only going to give me $1200 while charging nearly $3000 for the dog!

Stay away from this company! Don't buy from them and don't sell to them!

I bought a dog from purebred breeders and it was infected with parvo they refused to help or refund my money the Illinois attorney generals office filed suit and fined them 200,000 and made them change some of there deceptive practices nice for a company that made 4 million last year and all they have to do is refund the purchase price of the animal you get screwed on medical bills don't buy from these monstyers they sell puppy mill dogs go to a shelter and buy a healthy dog you can see there are plenty of animals at shelters that need a home wish I went there
